I forgot my hotspot password.

 1. You can find the Wi-Fi Password in the Wi-Fi Info page on the LCD.
2. You can also reset the device to factory defaults by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds. 
     
*To find the reset button on your Hotspot, you must first remove the battery cover on the back of your device. A "Reset" button will be located next to the battery housing. Press and hold this button for 5 seconds to reset your device to factory settings.
