What does "Auto Dialing Time" mean?

What does "Auto Dialing Time" mean?

This auto-dialing time refers to the timer when the device will take dialing action. For example, if the dialing number is 12345, default auto-dialing time is 4s, after entering 123, if the user doesn’t input the next number 4 in 4s, the device will just dial out 123.
