How do I keep the Moxee Hotspot from going into Sleep Mode?
Sign in to the WebUI, and go to SLEEP TIME. The default sleep time is
set to 10 Minutes. You can change this to Never, 5 Minutes, 30
Minutes, 1 Hour, or 2 Hours. If you want it to stay awake indefinitely select NEVER.
Say your Hotspot is being used in an Air B&B, as long you have client(s) connected to it, and
the device is connected to charging, especially when the sleep mode is set to
Never, it should never go into Sleep Mode. The user should verify the cellular reception in the area the Moxee Hotspot is being used is good. If other devices are expected to auto-connect then the user should verify they are configured properly to auto-connect to the Moxee Hotspot (other device examples are thermostat and keypad door lock, etc.).
