My Moxee Hotspot was given to me and I cannot login to WebUI

Devices provided by a school district, employer, or other services are often configured before they are given to you. If you are experiencing any issues with a Hotspot that was provided to you by a service or school district, you will need to contact your Hotspot's wireless provider for assistance. Moxee Support is unable to provide network troubleshooting or diagnostic support, please contact your wireless provider if you experience any of the following: 

  1. Issues logging into WebUI 
  2. Interrupted network signal
  3. Damaged or defective hardware
  4. Battery issues
