Troubleshooting power or charging issues

Your device does not power on
Please charge the battery for at least 30 minutes to ensure the minimum battery power and then press and hold the power key to switch it on again.

Your device has a system crash or does not respond
To perform a soft reset of your device, simply press and hold the Volume Down and Power keys until the device restarts.

Charging error
• Make sure that you are using the proper charger that comes with the device.
• Make sure that your battery is not completely discharged; if the battery power has been discharged for a long time, it may take around 10 minutes to display the battery charging indicator on the screen.
• Make sure that charging is carried out under normal temperature.
• Make sure the charger is connected to the device.
• Check that the charging port is not damaged.

The battery drains faster than before
• If you expose the device or the battery to very cold or hot temperatures, the battery life may be reduced.
• Battery consumption will increase when you use certain features or apps, for example: GPS, games, or the Internet.
• The battery is consumable, and the battery life will get shorter over time
