SIM Card Error
• Make sure the SIM card is correctly inserted.
• Make sure the SIM card chip is not damaged.
If your SIM Card is damaged, you will need to contact your wireless provider for a replacement.
No network connection or “No service” is displayed
• Make sure that you are not outside the carrier
network area. Move and check the network.
• Check with your carrier that your SIM card is valid.
• Please make sure the device is not in airplane mode.
If you continue with "No Service" condition, contact your wireless provider for further network troubleshooting.
