How to Transfer Files to Computer

To transfer files from your Tablet2 to your PC:
1. Use the USB Type C cable connection between a computer and your device to transfer files. USB notification and icon should display on the device and status bar when the USB is connected.
2. Tap the notification to open USB Preferences, you can choose if you want to charge the device or transfer files.
3. Tap File transfer to organize files.

Note:
1. If you want to use MTP, please make sure the MTP driver has been installed on your computer.
2. PTP is to let you transfer photos using camera software and transfers any files on a computer that’s dosen't support MTP.
