Having trouble connecting your Hotspot to WebUI?

Access Mobile Hotspot’s WebUI issue

1.        Ensure that your computer is connected to the Hotspot through WiFi or the USB cable.

2.        Ensure that your computer is set to obtain an IP address and DNS server address automatically.

3.        Clear the browser history and restart it.

4.        Try using another version of internet browser or other browser.

5.        If the problem persists, restore the Mobile Hotspot to factory settings and try to access WebUI again.

6.        Then find your device IP Address: 192.168.1.1. Put the Internal IP Address of your device in the Address Bar of your web browser. Enter default username and password in the Webui. Username: admin, password: check your device label from Battery compartment. Then you can login device webui.
